Impostor Prompt

How to play

  1. One prompt per round. Honest players see it in full: Something you pack for a beach holiday. Impostors see the key word blanked: Something you pack for a ___ holiday.
  2. Roles are rolled every round. There might be no impostor at all, and with 3 players there can be two. You always know your own role.
  3. Three turns. Everyone writes a short answer at the same time, and the answers are revealed together. Honest players can't use the key word, so hint at it without giving it away. Impostors: read the others and blend in.
  4. Vote. Mark every other player as honest or impostor. A majority of marks means caught.
  5. Last chance. Every impostor names the missing word. Even a caught impostor escapes with a correct guess.
  6. Jev judges. TypeSafe AI's Jev rates how clearly each answer points at the key word. You only see its numbers at the reveal.
